I like the yarn made of recycled silk saris. I just had to have a couple of skeins. I didn't think about what I could or could not use it for, so it's been sitting in my stash for quite awhile. After reading some Ravelry posts about the yarn, I decided to make the Unbiased bag pattern (you can find it on Knitty).
The balls were bought at different times and are not much alike in color or weight. I've been knitting two rows, switching colors, knitting twor rows, and switching back. The color changes in each yarn eliminate much in the way of stripes.
