I was just about done with the right front of my vest, when I held it up to the left front. When I checked to make sure the shaping matched, I discovered that I have two right fronts.
I know I'm not this stupid. It must be sleep deprivation.
Thank you for letting me know I'm not alone... My favorite was starting a toe up sock, getting distracted, and finishing it as my favorite cuff down pattern. (That was one project that did not make it to Ravelry.)

Two toes. I stuffed it and gave it to the neighbor's cat as a toy.
Yeah, that's what I intended to knit. Uh-huh.
